Owner and Esthetician of Glowing Skin by Courtney
A graduate from Studio Beauty School in Missoula, Montana, Courtney's passion for making someone feel beautiful started much earlier. Throughout her teen years she was involved in backstage theatre applying makeup, dabbling in prosthetics and creating one-of-a-kind looks.
She attended MUD in Los Angeles to pursue beauty makeup and Special Effects. Courtney spent 9 years volunteering for a children's theatre company starting as an apprentice and working her way up to lead Makeup Artist for 3 years. Meanwhile having a very successful freelance business providing her makeup skills for music videos, print media, photography, weddings and more.
Courtney's transition from makeup to esthetics was seamless. As someone who has struggled with skin health and sensitivity she loves empowering clients and providing them with glowing skin. Whether you are struggling with problematic acne in any stage of your life, or helping the beautiful signs of aging slow down the inevitable, Courtney will address your skin care needs and provide knowledge and home care regimens.
When she is not in the salon, you can find her in the kitchen cooking or baking, or out on a trail head with her husband and their miniature Australian Shepherd.
